As an educator, I strove to pass on a love for learning and skills that would serve them far beyond the classroom. When I am not behind my desk, I love to spend time with my wife and daughter. I enjoy backpacking along the Manistee River Trail or hiking locally at both Love Creek and Grand Mere State Park, training in my home gym, settling down with a good book and gathering around the table to play board games at the many local cafes and great breweries we have in Southwest Michigan
