Helping us kick off the series is Christian, who works at the downtown Edwardsville title production office. He is a SHRM Certified Professional with a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management, proudly serving as the HR Manager at Abstracts & Titles for the past two years. Originally from St. Louis, MO, he has quickly grown fond of the charm and community of Madison County. Christian is the driving force behind our recent plunge into the digital age. He has transformed our online presence, helping us connect with our customers and partners in new and engaging ways. From crafting compelling content to strategizing our social campaigns, Christian’s expertise has been invaluable to Abstracts & Titles in navigating the ever-evolving digital landscape. His creativity and dedication inspire our team to think outside the box and embrace the opportunities that social media offers. Outside work, he enjoys gardening, caring for his aquarium, and unwinding with some TV or scrolling through his phone. An adventurous spirit, he is currently planning his next travel escapade to the stunning landscapes of Iceland. Santa and a good title company might seem worlds apart, but they share some interesting similarities.

🎅🏼Both Santa and title companies deal with the concept of delivering something valuable. Santa delivers gifts, while title companies ensure the safe transfer of property ownership.
🎅🏼Just as Santa checks his list twice to ensure who’s naughty or nice, title companies meticulously examine records to verify legal ownership and uncover any encumbrances.
🎅🏼Both operate behind the scenes; Santa works mysteriously through the night, while title companies perform crucial yet often unnoticed tasks in real estate transactions.
🎅🏼Lastly, we will never turn down a cookie, especially on National Cookie Day!
