Responsibilities include generating sales, marketing, and servicing our insurance products to new and existing customers. As a full-time Licensed Sales Agent, you will help individuals, families, and small businesses secure their futures. The position offered is primarily selling Home, Auto, Business and Life insurance. Your success will be largely based on your motivation and hunger to win.

•Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills. – You must be able to present and explain insurance options based on the client’s needs.
•Closer personality – You must be persistent.
•Customer Service with the upmost integrity.
•Be a fun and confident, self-starter who works well independently as well as in a team.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment – You must thrive in a competitive environment and not be easily discouraged.
•Possess a genuine eagerness to learn and to be coachable.
•Be able to obtain or currently possess a property & casualty insurance license.
•Be able to obtain or currently possess a life insurance license.
•Must complete a background check and submit professional references.
Minimum Qualifications:
•Sales Experience (1 Year Minimum)
•Property & Casualty License (Preferred)
•High school diploma or GED (College degree preferred)
•Previous customer service experience preferred
•Bilingual (preferred)
