A convincing email shouldn’t be the final word when money is involved.

If wiring instructions change unexpectedly, verify the request through a separate, trusted channel. That could mean calling a previously verified phone number rather than using contact information provided in the new email.

That extra step matters because today’s fraud attempts can include real names, transaction details, and communications that appear to come from someone you already know.

Today's phishing attempts can imitate people and organizations you trust, complete with familiar logos, realistic messages, and convincing sign-in pages.

Before clicking a link or entering sensitive information, take a moment to verify the sender and website address. If something seems unusual, contact the organization directly using a phone number or website you know is legitimate.

What does it take to create an exceptional experience? It starts with our people!

At our recent 1031 CORP. team retreat, we came together to focus on living our core values, strengthening collaboration, and finding new ways to make a meaningful difference. But our biggest takeaway? We are One Team. Stronger Together. Every department, every interaction, and every small improvement contributes to the exceptional experience we strive to deliver.

And, of course, we had some fun! A little friendly competition put our 1031 knowledge to the test with a team-based Jeopardy-style challenge. Who knew we were such a competitive group!

We left with fresh ideas, stronger connections, and a shared commitment.

Ocean City sure knows how to put on a block party!

We enjoyed being part of this year's Fall Block Party and seeing so many people out supporting local businesses and enjoying everything Ocean City has to offer.

A special thank you to everyone who stopped by to meet our team and support Shannon Totaro at her *Who Mows the Meadows?* book signing. We also loved getting a visit from Miss Heart of New Jersey!
