Wellborn Community Center (indoors with AC)

Please check our Association website for all details. https://i1Association.com

Very important, we don't yet know the time for kickoff so you MUST check the website to get the schedule of events once the kick is announced.

Regardless of game time, we are adding our own game watch party to the reunion event. There is an all-day pass option to our ticket menu which gets you in for all the activities.

We need you to get your registration in and help us get the headcount right so we have the right amount of food. We know how hungry some Ords can be.

We have some really special shirts on sale too with the 50th Anniversay RED EYE Logo.

Remember your class dues to the Association **

There are a few rooms left in our I-1 block at La Quinta South. Details on the web.

We've received some great early responses, so the momentum is building. Let's make this the best reunion yet as we celebrate 50 years of the BEST DAMN OUTFIT IN THE CORPS!

Please send me an email if you are willing to volunteer to help with set-up, operations, and/or clean-up at the event. I know that might be much to ask, but with a big crowd, willing volunteers are a great help. And hey, it's better than an Ol' Arny crapout or getting smoked, right?

The 2018 reunion was another huge success. We had over 190 Ords, family and friends. At Parent’s weekend, we presented 9 scholastic incentive checks for $200 each, totaling $1,800. Our annual contribution to the outfit is a minimum of $3,500. We exceed that goal every year because of the “Old Ords” generous support and contributions.

The Company I-1 Association is a registered 501c(3), not for profit association, meaning all donations are tax deductible. As we move forward as an official non-profit organization, we need to update our I-1 data base of names, class year, mailing addresses and email addresses. Regardless of whether you plan to attend the reunion, please send your current contact information to the I-1 Association at [email protected]. If you have contact information on some or all of your buddies, please forward that as well.

This should be our biggest, most attended reunion EVER! To make this happen we need every class to be represented. Ideally, we would like every former I-1 Commander to plan on attending the 2019 reunion. You are also asked to be the point person for your class. We will be reaching out to you to help promote. In some cases, this may not be possible, so volunteers are needed for every class to contact classmates.

Funding: There will be some additional expenses associated with the 50th Reunion so everyone may be asked for a little extra support as the plans are formed. It will be much appreciated! There is a place on the 2019 online registration to make a donation towards the 50th anniversary reunion.

Look forward to seeing all of you in just a few short weeks.

NEVER SAY DIE!!
