Today we competed on an account that we did not get, and it was a massive success.
We were able to provide advice and address some significant gaps in coverage; unfortunately, the pricing just was not there.
We hated to miss out on the account, but here's the note we received from the insured - "I will say that you have left a very positive impression of Rollo Insurance. Rollo will be the first call I make if I decide to change coverage in the future."
Win or lose, we will always lead with integrity and transparency and that is felt in our interactions. This insured's coverage was better after meeting us, and that's a success in our book.
