The Firm
We are a local CPA firm in beautiful Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, providing premier individual and small business financial consulting, management, and planning services to North Idaho small to medium-sized businesses and their owners. As one of the top CPA firms in North Idaho we have an elite team that includes 8 licensed CPAs and 16 support staff. While we are well known for our Tax Services, additional services we provide include, Audit and Assurance, Estate Tax Planning, 401(k) Administration, Client Accounting Advisory Services, Payroll and Wealth Management all in one office.

Job Expectations
- Work with tax team to ensure completion of tax projects, including tax return preparation and review, tax planning, tax research, tax notices, and various other tax projects.
- Work with clients to ensure that accurate tax returns can be prepared, while analyzing their tax situation to ensure the maximum tax benefit is applied.
- Attend continuing professional education and training seminars on a regular basis.
- Abide by the highest degree of professional standards and strict client confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required, Master’s degree in Accounting or Taxation beneficial.
- Licensure as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
- 5+ years of experience in a public accounting firm or related experience.
- Proficiency in individual, corporate, and partnership taxation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and effectively delegate as needed
- Positive attitude with a desire to succeed and make an impact.
- Capacity to work well in a team environment and ability to lead and train staff.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and Adobe Acrobat.
