After nearly 21 years of dedicated service, Kim Divine of our Coeur d’Alene office has announced her retirement from Pioneer Title, effective July 24, 2026.💙
Kim joined the Pioneer family in August 2005, beginning her career as an Escrow Officer. Through her professionalism, leadership, and commitment to exceptional service, she was promoted to Escrow Manager in 2022, where she has continued to make a lasting impact on our Coeur d’Alene office, our customers, and her fellow team members.
Throughout her career, Kim has been a trusted resource, a steady leader, and a valued member of the Pioneer family. Her two decades of dedication have helped shape the success of our North Idaho operations, and her contributions will be felt long after her retirement.
As Kim and her husband begin this exciting new chapter, they have sold their home and are looking forward to traveling the country in their RV, creating new memories and enjoying all that retirement has to offer.
