An affiliate referred a client to me, and I took the file on pro bono. It took 11 rounds of disputes to get to 37 deletions.

𝗪𝗛𝗔𝗧 𝗧𝗛𝗔𝗧 𝗟𝗢𝗢𝗞𝗦 𝗟𝗜𝗞𝗘
Nobody gets 37 deletions from one letter. It's round after round: pull the reports, review every response, adjust, send the next round. Then do it again.

𝗛𝗢𝗪 𝗡𝗢𝗧 𝗧𝗢 𝗠𝗔𝗞𝗘 𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗦 𝗠𝗜𝗦𝗧𝗔𝗞𝗘
• Don't judge a file by round one
• Review every bureau response before sending the next round
• Dispute only what's inaccurate, incomplete or unverifiable, and do it consistently

Every file is different and nobody can promise results. But I can promise this: process beats panic.

When something goes wrong in your business, nobody else is replying to your Google reviews.

WHAT CHANGED THIS YEAR
• 97% of people read reviews for local businesses
• 41% ALWAYS read them (up from 29% last year)
• 31% will only use businesses rated 4.5+ (up from 17%)
• People are asking AI tools for recommendations now, and those tools read your reviews

HOW NOT TO MESS THIS UP
• Don't pay or reward reviews. No discounts, no free month. Google bans it and the FTC can fine up to $53,088 per violation.
• Don't only ask happy clients. That's called review gating, and Google bans that too.
• Don't tell people what to write or who to mention.
• Don't post fake ones from friends or family. That's exactly what the FTC goes after.

WHAT TO DO INSTEAD
1. Ask every client the same way, right after a win they can see.
2. Reply to bad reviews within a day or two. Calm, short, move it offline.
3. Never confirm a client's private details in a public reply.

A few honest bad reviews with great replies looks more real than a perfect 5.0.

My son wants to build in entertainment — but on his own terms.
Put in 500 hours on the work, and somebody who did a fraction of it gets the same check? He said that doesn't make sense.
He doesn't just want in the field. He wants to build something that pays people for the work they actually put in.
That's an owner's mindset at his age.

• Now you pay fees and file reports in two states
• You need a registered agent in both

• Operating in many states

For most people, home state is cheaper, cleaner and easier for lenders to verify.
