A pre-approval does more than show your real estate agent and the seller you’re a serious buyer. It also takes a lot of the guesswork out of the home-buying process.

Wondering:

• 🏠 What price range should I be shopping in?
• 📋 Which loan program is the best fit for me? (Think- down payment amount, etc!)
