Anyone have an experience with a business renting the house for 4 landscape service workers and only listing the lead worker’s phone number so he does not receive any of the emails beyond acknowledging the lease agreement? Then all sorts of folks show up to use the pool. House rules specifically state precoordination required for visitors not on reservation-not done. All the towels in the house used with significant staining left behind. I reached out to guest to explain these house rules and was accused of harassing him. Office person swears her guys are neat and orderly but did not know about other guests weekend visits. How do you charge for extras guests when they deny it happened?

I only charged for replacing stained sheets/towels and dirty grill charge of which VRBO took a cut! I marked them as ‘will not rent to them in future’. Pool was also left a mess. Any other suggestions?
