This letter is NOT from State Bank of Cochran, Community Bank of Johnson County, First Laurens Bank, or BankSouth. If you have received one of these notices, do not call the number listed or provide any personal or financial information.

Here's what to do if you receive this notice:
❌ Do not call the phone number listed on the letter
❌ Do not provide your account number, Social Security number, or any other personal information
✅ Bring the letter into your local branch so we can document it
📞 If you have already called the number or shared personal information, contact us immediately at 706.453.2265

BankSouth will never call, text, or email you to ask for personal information such as your account number, password, PIN, or your full Social Security number. If you receive a call or message claiming to be from BankSouth asking for this type of information, it is not us — it is a scam.

✅ We WILL Ask to Verify Your Identity:
- Last four digits of your SSN (never the full number)
- Your address
- Your birthday

❌ We WILL NOT Ask For:
- Your Personal Identification Number (PIN)
- The CVV (Card Verification Value) on the back of your debit card
