We were excited to host Jen Gilburg, Deputy Secretary of Technology and Entrepreneurship for the PA Department of Community and Economic Development, at the nth Innovation Center on Tuesday. She is a positive force for taking entrepreneurship and tech innovation to the next level in our region. The interns and professionals of H2O Connected, Nth Solutions, and NVH Technology showcased the technologies we have developed/are developing, the related patents that have issued, our commercialization strategies, and the vision we have for Coatesville as an emerging entrepreneurial ecosystem. Thank you Jen for your time, encouragement, and ideas. We look forward to staying in touch and contributing to your mission.

The LeakAlertor had the pleasure of attending the MARC NAHRO Conference, where we showcased our innovative solutions to help Housing Authorities save water, lower labor costs, and boost their bottom line. It is always rewarding to help maximize operational efficiency, especially when it helps folks who are housing insecure.

Recently I had a great opportunity to showcase The LeakAlertor product line at the relaunch of the Bethesda Green sustainability solutions incubator in Bethesda Maryland. I met so many people committed to saving water, including the Director of the Maryland Dept of Environmental Protection. Its very rewarding to see people fascinated and amazed at the technology we have created. They were so excited, they whipped out their cellphones and bought the LeakAlertor off of Amazon right then and there!

You've heard of "Shark Tank"? Well, now there's "Dolphin Tank" - its friendlier! The Water Resources Association of the Delaware River Basin (WRA) held its inaugural Dolphin Tank to showcase 5 of the regions innovative water technology startups and I was invited to present H2O Connected! This event, produced by WRA Executive Director Skelly Ann Holmbeck, consisted of a 6 minute pitch in front of a room full of water industry players, followed by Q&A from a panel of venture capital and water utility leaders. I was excited to present, and even more excited by the feedback. Thank you Skelly for this opportunity and photographer Shelly Xia for the photos.

We were selected to present The LeakAlertor at HITEC!! H2O Connected LLC was chosen from a myriad of applications to present their pitch at the E20X competition (produced by Hospitality Financial and Technology Professionals (HFTP®), at the HITEC Conference in June. This is the world's largest hospitality technology event and a wonderful opportunity to demo how we are revolutionizing water management, enabling hotels to save every drop and save every dollar.

Congratulations to the other nominees. I look forward to meeting you at HITEC.

Five years ago today, H2O Connected was established in the City of Coatesville - the 1st Qualified Opportunity Zone business in Chester County. In a world where 75% of all startups don't make it to their 5th birthday, I would like to express my gratitude to the enormous number of people who have contributed to our success. To my business partner, Eric Canfield, whose market , IP, and product development genius has resulted in incredible water saving technologies that save our customers lots of money and conserve a precious resource we can't live without; to my team, who all wear multiple hats, often turn on a dime, and work long hours to put high quality products into the marketplace and serve our customers; to our customers who took a chance on a new technology, now love us, and are referring their friends and colleagues; to our investors, who have encouraged, advised, and supported us during this journey; to friends who have cheered us on when times were tough; and to the Coatesville community who has welcomed us into your special 1.9 square miles. Thank you all - and the best is yet to come!
