🏀 A basketball court is more than just a place to play — it’s a place where friendships are built, memories are made, and communities come together.

Through State Farm’s Red Nets program, I had the opportunity to partner with Coal Grove High School Athletic Director, Mr. Shaun Smith, to replace the basketball nets on the courts behind the softball field in Coal Grove.

Basketball has always been one of my greatest passions, so being able to give back to the community in a way that’s close to my heart made this project especially meaningful!

I still have additional red nets available! If you know of a park, school, church, or neighborhood court that could use a new net, send me a message. I’d love to help keep our community playing! 🏀

I had a great time yesterday at the Lawrence County Fair with my beautiful wife! 🎟️❤️

The fair is one of my favorite times of the year—not just because of the rides, games, and incredible food, but because it’s a chance to see so many familiar faces and support our local community. 🍀🎡

I was very excited to be able to present a scholarship this morning at my alma mater, Point Pleasant Junior/Senior High School! It’s very humbling to come back to the place where I went to school and now be in a position to give back to the community that helped shape me.

Congratulations to PPJSHS’ first recipient of the Douglas Workman State Farm Scholarship, Chloe Patrick!

I wanted this scholarship to go to a student who plans to pursue business and use their talents and career to serve others and give back to their community. I felt Chloe truly embodied that vision.

Congratulations again to Chloe and the entire Point Pleasant High School Class of 2026!
