Our main system been restored. Online and mobile banking services, along with the affected debit card services are working properly again. Our team is available to answer questions.

We know this disruption made it difficult to manage your everyday banking, and we apologize for the frustration and inconvenience it caused. Thank you for bearing with us while teams worked hard to resolve the issue. We are conducting a review of the issue to ensure this does not happen again.

Update 4:02pm: System has been restored and is now working correctly.

1:09pm: We unfortunately do not yet have a resolution. Systems may be working for some, intermittently. We'll update as soon as we have a fix!

8:10am: We are still working diligently to get this issue resolved. Thank you for bearing with us, we understand how frustrating this can be and are doing everything we can to get this working for you as quickly as possible.

Update 4:49pm: we are still working to resolve this issue and will update here as soon as we can.

Edit to add: this issue appears to include some debit card balance reporting.

Our online and mobile banking is down. We are working hard to find a resolution to get it back up and running as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience. We will update this post when online and mobile banking is working properly.

Northwoods Credit Union is hiring a Director of Mortgage Lending in Cloquet, MN! We’re looking for someone to lead our mortgage team, guide strategic growth, and help us make a positive impact in our community.

Pay & Benefits:

Annual equivalent salary range: $70,875 - $78,750 - $98,438.08; Biweekly, exempt salary expected to start between minimum to midpoint based on experience, with additional consideration given for advanced qualifications.
Benefits: Generous PTO & paid holidays; medical coverage with a 100% employer paid premium option for employees & dependents, with HRA, HSA, and FSA options; employer-paid dental, life, AD&D and disability insurance; 401(k) with up to 6% employer match & profit-sharing potential; supplemental insurance options, annual bonus potential and more. Qualifications:

3–5 years of mortgage lending and underwriting experience
Credit union or banking background
