More spoofed phone calls have been reported today 8/31/26. Be leery of callers asking about large ACH transactions on your account.

Don't share your personal financial information. Call us right away if you have concerns! Your banker will never ask you for full account information or personal details.

Remember: CFB bankers will never call you and ask for your full account number, debit card number, online banking password, security codes, or authentication PINs.

We've received reports from customers about scam calls from individuals claiming to be Citizens First Bank.

The caller may say there's a large transaction or debit on your account and then attempt to gather personal information.

If you receive a suspicious call, hang up and contact us directly using the phone number listed on our website or the back of your debit card.

These two closed on their new home today, and for Nia, it’s one of those moments that makes you stop and take it all in. She has known them both since they were little and has had the joy of watching them grow into the people they are today.
