On January 1, 2024, I moved into a new position at Heartland, as a "Payments Ambassador" I was granted a senior position in recognition of my portfolio, and decades of service to business owners. I had more time to manage my existing portfolio, and lower new sales quotas, to reduce stress and focus on business contacts and Family- the things that matter. On August 31st, with one week Notice- Corporate decided to eliminate the Ambassadors. nearly 75 of the companies Senior advocates, & Mentors were involuntarily retired. At the same time, hundreds of others in back office service areas (customer services) were also fired. I am now an Independent advisor, consulting business owners with my 30 years of expertise, with multiple reputable processors accessed at my direction.... and able to do what I do better, to deliver Superior Servicing, and better, more consistent pricing advantages!
