There’s a lot of talk about AI right now what it will change, automate and eventually replace.
But this morning was a reminder of what it never will.
Taran and his family recently moved from Florida to our area, and after a stressful moving and closing process, he and his daughter stopped into our office this morning simply to thank us for making the insurance part of their move easy.
That meant a lot to our team.
We’ll embrace AI. We’ll embrace technology. We’ll use every tool we can to serve people better. But nothing will replace relationships, genuine service, and the impact we can make on one another.
