Congratulations to Mr. Nate DePerno, T5 Insurance Services’ School District Employee of the Month! 🎉 September 2026.
"Sauquoit Valley Elementary School is proud to recognize Mr. Nate DePerno as one of this year's elementary recipients of the T5 Insurance Staff Recognition Award.
As a Physical Education Educator, Nate brings incredible energy to the gymnasium every single day. Ask any student in the building, and they'll tell you Nate knows their name and something special about each of them, a small detail that makes a big difference for young learners who feel truly seen. His enthusiasm is contagious; you can feel it the moment he starts talking with students, whether he's leading a warm up or cheering on a student who's finally nailed a new skill.
Nate is, without question, one of the most positive and hardworking individuals on our staff. He genuinely loves coming to work, and that attitude doesn't stay confined to the gym, it spreads throughout the entire building, lifting the mood of students and colleagues alike.
Beyond the school day, Nate extends his passion for kids and athletics by coaching multiple sports for Sauquoit Valley. Whether on the court, field, or in the classroom, his commitment to helping students grow, as athletes and as people, never wavers. Mr. DePerno also is seen volunteering at school events such as Ski Club, school events and frequently attending PTO meetings.
