You can't go back under any circumstances! Throw gasoline on the bridge. Strike a match and burn it. You can't go back to the old you...because you know that person is your greatest enemy. You can't go back to the old habits...because those choices will sabotage you. You can't go back to that old relationship. That old relationship not only held you back, but it got you off track, and dislocated you from yourself. You can't go back to the same old people...because the person they once knew doesn't live here anymore. You can't go back to the old places...because they don't fit into your future.

Look at yourself. Be honest with yourself. Don't look back because in doing so, you will be pulled back in. Keep your eyes looking forward. Work on yourself. Develop yourself. Pursue your dream. Build a new life by attracting new people, and creating a new reality! This is your time! You can't go back...because you've come too far to turn around now. You have something special. You have GREATNESS within you! You deserve!!

You are not your pain or your past. Refuse to become a victim of any circumstance, prior experience, person, or worse - a captive of your past life replayed over and over in your own mind. Commit to do the hard work, and the heart work, so that your past will not define who you are, or who you can become. No matter what has happened, you have the ability to live beyond any moment, and to create a purposeful, meaningful and joyful life. You were born to be the hero and the heroine of your own story.

Embrace the possibility that everything that you have gone through can be used to make you gentler, kinder, more compassionate and loving with yourself and with others.
Begin to make courageous choices everyday that say and mean that you deserve to be happy. At any time, you have the power to begin again, and to rebuild a new future and identity for yourself. Do something everyday which reminds you of your wholeness, and of your power to heal your life. Remember...you have something special...you have GREATNESS within you!

Let it go. There are some things, some people, some attitudes, and some feelings that you have experienced that you just need to let go ~ because they're preventing you from living your greatest life! You’re in charge. Exercise your power by consciously looking and asking the question..."How is this serving me by holding on to this attitude, anger, lack of forgiveness, grudge, or negative emotion?" Stop allowing these things to rob you of your peace of mind, happiness, and well-being.

Let it go so that you can grow and prosper. Make the decision to release anything that is unbecoming of you, and that does not represent your highest and best thinking. This is easier said than done. It requires work, and becoming deliberate and consciously aware of your feelings. No one or nothing is worth sacrificing being joyful, enthusiastic about your life, and healthy. Look for many ways to increase laughter, joy, and love in your daily experience.

Believe in the power of your thoughts, as these will influence your choice of words. Believe in the power of your words, as these influence your actions. Believe in the power of your actions for these become the reality of your daily life. Don't allow others to create your life by hijacking your thoughts, corrupting your words, and dictating your actions!

You can't control the thoughts that come into your mind. However, you can control the thoughts that you choose to dwell on and act upon! Say NO to yourself when your thinking and actions do not reflect the life you are capable of creating and living. Learning to say NO to you is one of the most important stepping stones to discover and live from your GREATNESS!! You deserve!!

Focus your energy on the things that really matter! There will always be distractions that will keep you from achieving your goals. Don't give in to them. How have you increased your skills, knowledge, abilities, or income in the past 90 days? Do you really expect to be successful given how you are using the majority of your time, resources, and skills?

Are you spending time with people who can enhance and enrich your life? What are you doing to take your life to the next level? Will your current efforts make the next 90 days even more successful than what you just experienced? Be honest with your assessment. Don't play games with yourself. Remember ~ if you don't have an agenda for your life...you're a part of someone else's agenda

Let the excuses go...the ones that have kept you stuck in a past you can't change while looking toward a future you can't predict. Give up the training wheels...the invisible walls around your own mind that have kept you in the safe, secure, shallow, and familiar waters of your life.

Life will take you over some bumps, bruises, potholes, and cliffs. Don't let these clip your wings; scare you out of living; or shake your belief in the power of your own dream. No matter what your past has been, or where you find yourself right now...know that It's possible to laugh, love, and live again. Believe that you can make a difference ~ right here...right now..with your voice and your story! Remember, you have something special...you have GREATNESS within you

Listen to your heart. For it will never lead you astray. This is a freeing realization. Aside from being good to yourself, and to others, it’s very important that you trust your intuition. Constantly force yourself to think outside of the box. Understand that the most successful people broke and continue to break conventional thinking. Ignore people who say your dreams are impossible - they are limited by their own perceptions. It's necessary for you to practice expansive thinking.

Create a positive environment where you can learn and thrive. What you create maybe completely different than someone else's - but don't worry. The more you challenge established norms, the more you will live your truth. The less you fear, the more you will accomplish.

Stop worrying about other people's opinions of you. Along your journey, people may call you a dreamer, or say that you’re lost in the clouds. Take heart. The world needs its dreamers. Every measure of success we have ever known emanated from a dream.

Sometimes, the only obstacle between you and your goal is YOU. You have greatness within you. Don't be afraid to realize it.

There's no time like the present. Start moving forward now. Maybe you have an idea you've put off developing, or you're stuck in park, either way it's time to take steps towards accomplishing your goals. Don't make excuses. If you're uncertain of how to proceed, ask questions. Plenty of people have good ideas and plans but don't want to ask for help. Collaboration is often the key to progress.

Success is when preparation and hard work meet. Great opportunities don't knock, you have to seize them. Taking action now will prepare you to identify and take advantage of opportunities as they come. So stop waiting and start building. You have greatness within you

Love. It's crucial. If you're fortunate, you get to do what you love for a living. If this isn't the case for you right now, find a few moments in your day to do what you love. Too often we prioritize money above all else. We spend countless hours in unfulfilling positions, fortify relationships with folks we'd never have as friends, and neglect our families, friends, and selves to make the almighty dollar. While supporting oneself is a reality of life, do your best to maintain your authenticity. Be proud of your work. Take part in projects that provide value to others as well as yourself. Remember that you are not defined by your spending ability. Life is more than big homes, fast cars, and expensive clothes. Those who truly love you won't care if you have five million or five hundred dollars. They want you to be happy - and you will be, if you make time for who and what you love. You deserve!

Be your own advocate. If you have a dream, you must be its primary cheerleader. While the support of others is helpful, appreciated, and sought after, you must first believe in your goal and then encourage others to follow.

If you're feeling apprehensive or unsure of your strengths and capabilities, then others will feed off of your negative self-thought. Do what you can to reassure yourself that you are talented, worthy, and have something of value to create and share. Once you believe this, you'll do more than convince others of your dream, you'll be able to help family, friends, and peers recognize the same heart and strength in themselves. Encourage yourself and feed others with your positive spirit and energy. Because everyone has greatness within them, but first they must believe.

What are your plans for the week? It's very easy to come up with big picture goals, but to be successful you have to break your ultimate goal down into action steps. Starting the week with a plan in mind will insure that you achieve as much as possible. Additionally, your plan will allow you to identify weaknesses and strengthen your approach. Remain flexible and calm so that you can adapt to changing situations.

Whatever your goals, whatever your plans, always remember that you have the potential for success. You have greatness within you!
