Gary joined industry peers for “Institutional Investment Market Outlook: Momentum, Headwinds and What’s Next,” exploring how interest rates are shaping deals, where cap rates are landing and how the market is moving. He also shared insights on ARCTRUST’s DST program and the influx of 1031 exchange capital into the market.
