Business Spotlight: Mazzo Motors Collision Inc
The day Keith Mazzo found out Auction Direct was closing after 13 years of working there, most people would have started updating a resume. Keith had a different thought. The company had bought a collision shop two years earlier to service its own fleet, and Keith figured that shop could serve Victor instead.
"Almost the right place at the right time," he says.
Mazzo Motors Collision opened on March 1, 2025, on McMahon Rd, and Keith has been putting cars back together there ever since. He grew up around here, back when Victor was mostly fields, and he had no interest in starting over somewhere else.
Ask him what he loves about the work and he doesn't talk about metal. He talks about the moment a customer sees their car again. "Being able to take a crumpled pile of metal and return it to a client just like the day it rolled out of the factory, fixed and cleaned inside and out, is like the first day they picked up that vehicle brand new."
The shop does full collision repair at a guaranteed lowest price, restores classic vehicles, sells quality used cars under $10,000, and takes on rust repair that most shops won't touch. They currently hold a perfect 5 star Google rating across 17 reviews.
Also worth mentioning: the property comes with regulars. Tina and Rico are two geese who come back every year, and Oscar the Osprey fishes nearby. The team named them all.
Keith talked to several insurance agencies before opening. Our own Nathan Haines drove out to the shop in person, just to put a face to the voice on the phone. Keith says nobody else did that.
