You do NOT need 20% down to buy a house 🏡 👀

One of the biggest home buying myths is that you need $50k sitting in your bank account to become a homeowner.
There are loan programs that may allow:
- low down payment
- down payment assistance
- grants
- even 0% down for qualified buyers
I've talked to so many people in Northeast Ohio who thought buying was impossible, until we actually looked at their options.
