Included in this mailing you will find our tax starter worksheet. This worksheet will help point the way as you gather your necessary tax documents & file your return for tax year 2015. The completion of this worksheet will also help us to expedite the preparation of your tax return. It is your responsibility to maintain the documentation necessary to support the figures used on your tax organizer worksheet. Please include any W-2 forms, Education forms, etc. Feel free to email me: [email protected] Fee is $75.00 (money orders made out to Charis Parr, or cash only NO CHECKS)which should be included with Tax Starter worksheet. Without the fee your 2015 taxes will not be sent to the I.R.S.
