This position is to work for Caskey-Coblentz Ins. Agcy. Inc. vs. State Farm Insurance Companies. State Farm agents hire their own employees to work in their agencies, dba State Farm therefore you are an employee of the Agent vs. State Farm Insurance Companies.

JOB POSTING:
Property & Casualty and Life & Health licensing required with in 60 days. Employer will provide support for licensing and clear path for success.

Responsibilities:

*Present and sell insurance products such as: Auto, Home, Motorcycles, Campers, ATV/s, Small Business, Life, Health, Pet, and financial services to new and existing customers

* Prospect and contact potential customers
* Execute individual & team goals
* Resolve customer inquiries and complaints (including but not
limited to: billing, claims, sales and/or other related products)
* Set appointments and/or financial reviews with customers and
prospects
* Provide excellent service to our existing book of business creating
outstanding customer experience and retention.

​Qualifications:

* Preferred P&C or Life Insurance License
* Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related
fields
* Ability to build rapport with clients
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in fast paced environment while meetings
deadlines.
* Detail-oriented
* Computer skills: Including but not limited to: Microsoft Office,
Excel, Word, Outlook, faxes and company specific software (Sales
Force based).

Hi Friends, please be safe as we look towards a forecast of an Arctic blast heading this way. Here are some possible preparation tips for you:

* Stay inside with younger children when possible. If you need to take them out be sure their skin is not exposed. Throw an extra blanket into your car and/or other warm items.

* Insulate Pipes: wrap exposes pipes with foam insulation to prevent freezing.

* Let Faucets Drip: Keep water moving to reduce the risk of frozen pipes.

* Know Your Water Shut-Off Value: Locate it in the case of an emergency.

* Check Heating Systems: Ensure your furnace or HVAC system is in good working order.

* Use caution with space heaters. Fires can start: Keep away from pets, children and spaces with flammable items.
