“Sign here and we’ll figure out the rest”

Avoid roofers who seek YOU out and use phrases like the above. Unfortunately, many roofing companies (not all — there are plenty of reputable companies especially locally) will try to tell you your insurance company will pay for it all….this just simply isn’t true in all cases.

Whether it’s me, another SF agent, or another company….talk to them. Ask questions if you aren’t sure about your coverages…that’s what we are here for. Don’t find yourself in a situation based on statements made by somebody trying to make a quick buck when a storm like this happens.
