I recently attended a seminar from a restoration company, puro-clean, and learned that house fires have become more common place because of lithium batteries being left plugged in for an extended period of time. With society trying to go green and more things like lawnmowers, hedge trimmers, leaf blowers, etc. using lithium batteries instead of gasoline, the opportunity for a fire to occur has greatly increased. be careful and aware of utilizing this form of energy.

With all the technology that exists and the many methods of getting business through social media, direct mail, etc, remember that customers are human beings and their behavior wont change. most people want to know what they're spending their money on, especially younger people under 20. And in the event of a claim, no matter how small, they want to be treated with respect, comfort and compassion.
