I had to slow down on real estate to really focus on school. Well, I'm getting down to the Final stretches. No more having to do papers/projects, no more reading assignments, etc.

While I still have three more weeks of school left, the main bulk of learning/reading is pretty much done.

So what does that mean? Back to getting busy with real estate again!! ..................

What's in store for SPV?

Back to flipping fulltime again!! I was doing BRRRRs throughout my time in school and dabbled on a flip or two. But flipping takes a lot of time and effort. If you don't have a rock solid team in place.

Despite there being an impending recession coming (all the signs are there), real estate is still the best way to create true wealth. You just have to be prepared for anything...................

While y'all gamble on stocks/crypto, I like to gamble on real estate. I haven't had the manpower to renovate this small 2/1 yet. I paid a total of $13,000 for this guy. It has been sitting for seven months and it has doubled in value in that span of time. Can you imagine the value when it's renovated? 🙌🏾..................
