We worked together to overcome some obstacles and he was able to close yesterday. He sent me this wonderful message:

"Hello John, I just wanted to let you know me and Hayley signed with the title company today and will be getting our keys tomorrow. Thank you again for all of your hard work. We really appreciate it. Also I referred my uncle Mike to you. I gave him your name and phone number and email so he said he will be reaching out to you today or tomorrow. If your mortgage rate is 4% or higher or you've been living in your house for longer than 5 years and are paying Mortgage Insurance, you NEED to contact me ASAP!
