What a great way to meet and greet local law enforcement!

Next Coffee with a Cop...May 15th from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at 7 Brews!

Come out for coffee and conversation with the Clermont Police Department!

The Clermont Police Department will host the next Coffee with a Cop event from 9:00-11:00 a.m. Wednesday, May 15th, at 7 Brews Coffee, located at 3460 S. Hwy. 27 in Clermont.

Coffee with a Cop is a nationwide program that reinforces good relationships between the community and its local law enforcement agency. The Clermont Police Department invites the community out to strengthen this cause.

The public will get to talk with their local Clermont Police Officers and ask questions, voice their concerns and get to know the officers that patrol their neighborhoods.

Coffee with a Cop is an opportunity for citizens to meet police officers in a relaxed, neutral atmosphere with no speeches, no agenda and no preset subjects. It allows them to spend time, one-on-one, with an officer who works in the community where they live or work and discuss whatever concerns are important to them. The conversation is intimate and personal, equally important to the citizen and officer.

We are excited to announce the anticipated release of the HomeReady and Home Possible Very Low Income Program (VLIP) $2,500 grant option for closing costs and the down payment.

This change also signals larger loan amounts and even a new 15-year term Home Possible option! This grant is available for all borrowers with an AMI of 50% or less. The credit will be given as an LLPA, and the entire $2,500 must be used.
