Glory Robinson has gone above & beyond here at Mainstreet!

Glory demonstrates a strong desire to support the North Spring Garden team and it's customers. She meets regularly with the team to discuss new items and look for ways to improve operations.

She stepped in to assist when a colleague was out for an extended period of time, going beyond her line of duties. She has a positive attitude and always preforms her tasks with a smile. She looks for ways to brighten peoples day, whether to help plan a team outing, celebrate a birthday, or providing greeting cards for special occasions.

Kudos to Glory!

James Johnston consistently goes above & beyond in serving our customers.

Recently, James trusted his instincts when he felt that an elderly customer might be being taken advantage of. Rather than simply moving on, he took the time to investigate the situation. He made sure the customer was no longer in a vulnerable or threatening situation. His compassion and genuine concern for others are what make him so exceptional.

James's commitment to service is evident every day. He is always the first to greet customers with a smile, often opening the lobby doors for them as they arrive and making everyone feel welcome.

Thank you for all your hard work!
