Wait… my cash to close changed?!

Yep. And before you panic—that doesn’t necessarily mean something went wrong.

Your cash to close can change during the mortgage process because of things like:
🏠 Changes to the purchase price
💰 Seller credits or lender credits
📑 Updated taxes, insurance, or closing costs
💵 Adjustments to your down payment or loan terms
🔍 Final numbers coming in from the title company

The important part? Don’t guess. Ask your lender.

That’s what I’m here for—to explain the numbers, keep you informed, and make sure there are no surprises at the closing table.

Reflecting on this Sunday of the amazing opportunity the Lord has truly blessed me with.

I am blessed with a job where I can make a difference in people’s lives, not just through doing mortgages. It gives me the opportunity to connect with so many people.

I am blessed to be able to be there with my wife and kids during special moments, and this occupation has allotted me times to do that.

When looking forward a company to join, part of my prayer was to find somewhere that gives me pure joy each and every day. That was answered.
