Here is a summary of important economic data from December. Based on this information we at Safepoint Mortgage are confident that the U.S. Real Estate market in 2025 will remain strong with home prices continuing to rise at a slower pace compared to COVID years. The value appreciation will be more in a normal range between 4% - 5% annually, and different markets around the country may experience higher appreciations, and some markets may even experience lower value appreciation. We believe that interest rates for now will remain elevated for at least the first two quarters of this year.
