Yesterday’s all-team Town Hall brought the FrankCrum family together for a morning of business updates, exciting momentum, and a well-deserved celebration of our people.

We were proud to recognize the FrankAdvice team for their Stevie Award wins, including Silver for Human Resources Team of the Year. Their work continues to reflect the heart of FrankCrum: thoughtful guidance, trusted expertise, and a true commitment to serving our clients.

Co-Presidents Haley and Matt Crum shared updates across the business, including new developments, continued growth, and exciting changes ahead for the FrankCrum family of companies. Chief Operating Officer Anna Holder also introduced new AI initiatives designed to help our teams work smarter, serve better, and keep moving forward.

Closing the event, CEO and Founder Frank Crum, Jr. reminded us what makes FrankCrum so special with a heartfelt testament to the values, people, and purpose that continue to guide the company.

A well-managed claim can change the trajectory of a business.

Our VP of Workers’ Compensation Claims, Hector Cano, had the opportunity to speak at the Sarasota Bradenton Claims Association last week, where a diverse group of industry professionals gathered for an in-depth discussion on managing long-tail exposure and mitigating risk.

From oversight strategies to the thoughtful use of annuities, the conversation reflected what we believe at FWCI—claims strategy should be proactive, creative, and relationship-driven.

Our third annual FrankCrum Gingerbread House Challenge brought big holiday energy to National Ugly Sweater Day last Friday 🎄✨

Ten teams had 45 minutes to bring their holiday ideas to life, and the creativity did not disappoint! There was frosting everywhere, toppings disappearing fast, and even a few not-so-edible figurines featuring tiny taped-on Crum family faces that one team snuck into their design. 🧐

Once the voting wrapped up (and after removing the adorable contraband cameos), the top spot came down to just one vote.
