Last week, we kept a favorite tradition alive with the Annual Executive Pancake Breakfast! For over 16 years, leaders from across the FrankCrum family of companies swap their usual morning responsibilities for an apron and a spatula and get to work. 🥞🥓

Yesterday’s all-team Town Hall brought the FrankCrum family together for a morning of business updates, exciting momentum, and a well-deserved celebration of our people.

We were proud to recognize the FrankAdvice team for their Stevie Award wins, including Silver for Human Resources Team of the Year. Their work continues to reflect the heart of FrankCrum: thoughtful guidance, trusted expertise, and a true commitment to serving our clients.

Co-Presidents Haley and Matt Crum shared updates across the business, including new developments, continued growth, and exciting changes ahead for the FrankCrum family of companies. Chief Operating Officer Anna Holder also introduced new AI initiatives designed to help our teams work smarter, serve better, and keep moving forward.
