What we do require from you is clear communication and no back off on cold calling.
We sell fixed rates for all the top energy providers. Commercial only.

Our hours are: Monday to Thursday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
Friday: 8:30am – 3:00pm
(40 hours per week)

The Sales Support Specialist will provide overall system, administrative, and data management support to our internal sales team. This position will communicate frequently with all levels of our sales team and maintain strong working relationships with those individuals. The compensation for this position is $20 per hour.
Requirements:
• Experience in administration and high-volume office work.
• The ability to multitask and to react quickly to changing priorities.
• Excellent team working, interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite, particularly MS Excel and MS Outlook.
• Hands on experience with any CRM system will be helpful.
• Strong analytical, organizational and time management skills.
Providing administrative support for the sales team.
Duties to Include:
• Maintaining a friendly and service focused demeanor with the sales team.
• Managing sales tracking tools and compiling reports.
• Processing sales contracts in a timely manner.
• Maintain an organized and accessible file system for administrative and sales professionals.
