And we are growing! Last Call Payments has been a one man show for over a year now. In the past week and a half we've now grown to a team of 4. We are also launching a new proprietary software company, for trades companies, next week, which then should grow the entire team to about 7 or 8 altogether! We are now looking for some additional help finding:

1. An administrative person who can handle all back end things, such as sending out agreements for signature, separating pdfs, submitting documents, data entry, CRM stuff, etc.

2. Plumbing companies who are utilizing some kind of field service software such as ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Jobber, etc.

3. Small business owners who are sick and tired of the fees they're getting charged and aren't happy with their current payment processor, such as Square, Stripe, Clover, etc.

Any introductions or help with these 3 things will tremendously help with the growth we're having right now and will be greatly appreciated!

I had the amazing opportunity to speak at my BNI group this morning and talk about my story and what we do at Last Call Payments. This group has changed my life since moving to Florida and is the primary reason I finally started my own business. I honestly can't imagine where I'd be in life right now had I not joined almost 2 years ago. We're at 112 members, all in different fields and still growing strong. I'm to be apart of this team and along for the ride!

There's nothing like installing a new POS at 5:30 in the morning! I was able to help make the transaction process much smoother and drop their monthly bill down by more than 70%! Oh, AND they now have a new member on their team who will answer his phone if they need any help with their system. Talk about winning!

Another happy client. Here's a cool one: She had a pretty good deal prior to me and I was able to give her an even better deal! Instead of paying a fluctuating percentage, she now has an upgraded POS and will pay just a low flat dollar amount each month. If you're on the east side of the bay, this is the place to get your hair did!

I recently helped the President out with his processing account. The President of Paint with American Painters Inc that is! I was able to help them get their processing bill from over $1100, down to less than $100/month. Fun Fact: there are multiple different ways to get your processing fees lowered, it's not always about the rates. I appreciate your business Mr. President!

It's not always about what you know, as much as it is WHO you know. On top of being able to help my clients out with their merchant account, I'm also proudly able to extend my business network to them and know that they will be well taken care of in all of the different areas that they might need help in. My guys here with Spectrum Business and Landmark Payroll are just as passionate about helping their clients as I am, and thus makes us a dynamic trio for business. You guys rock!!!

Not gonna lie, had some issues with trying to set this merchant up the first time and we had to part ways. After he had even more problems with his bank setting him up and the lack of support that they offered, he called me back and we gave it another go. I was able to give him a much better deal than his bank and offer him a "I'll do whatever it takes to solve a problem" attitude and now he's a happy camper!!!
