Gorman Group Insurance is growing, and we are looking for the right people to grow with us!

We are a local independent insurance agency based right here in Clayton, NC, and we are preparing for the next chapter of growth. Our agency is built on relationships, education, community involvement, and helping families and businesses feel confident about how they are protected.

We are currently looking to fill three in-office roles:

1. Sales & New Business Producer
For someone who enjoys building relationships, having real conversations, and helping clients make confident insurance decisions.

2. Client Service & Admin Coordinator
For someone who is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoys helping clients feel taken care of.

3. Operations & Office Manager
For someone who is proactive, process-minded, organized, and enjoys helping a growing office run smoothly.

We are looking for people who are professional, coachable, service-minded, and excited about being part of a growing local business that is deeply committed to the Clayton community.

A college degree is strongly encouraged, especially in business, communications, marketing, finance, management, insurance, or a related field — but strong professional experience, communication skills, and the right attitude matter too.

These are in-office positions in Clayton, NC.
