They also answered the few questions we had quickly and in a way that we could easily understand. There were a couple of minor documentations that we could not come up with through no fault of ours and Shane and her team provided work arounds allowing us to close quickly on our vacation home purchase. We would definitely recommend using Shane and Guild Mortgage.
