Buying a home is exciting, but the insurance you choose matters just as much as the home itself.

Not all policies are the same, and the cheapest option isn’t always the best fit. Things like replacement cost, deductibles, water backup coverage, and liability limits can make a big difference when you actually need to file a claim.

A good insurance advisor helps you sort through those details and find coverage that truly protects your new home, not just a policy that checks a box.

If you’re buying a home, I’m always happy to help make the insurance side simple and straightforward. 🏡

🏡🚗 When was the last time you reviewed your home and auto insurance?

A lot of people set up their insurance policies and never look at them again, but rates, discounts, and coverage options change all the time.

That means you could be:
👉 Paying more than you need to
👉 Missing out on discounts
👉 Not having the coverage you thought you did

A quick review can make sure your home and vehicles are protected and that you’re getting the best value for your money.

If you’ve been curious about whether your current policy is still the right fit, I’d be happy to take a look and answer any questions. No pressure at all.

Feel free to message me anytime, even if you just want a second opinion!

A year ago, we experienced some severe weather that had a similar outlook as we are expecting tomorrow.

Make sure you take the necessary precautions to make sure you and your family are prepared incase there is same to your home, cars or business

First Alert Weather Day for Sunday as we track the chance of severe weather. Severe risk from the SPC is unchanged for now, a level 3 south/east with a level 2 north/west. No big changes overall but we updated timing to 1pm on the west side of our coverage area and still 8pm on the eastern side of the coverage area. In the metro let's focus on 2pm on the early side to 5pm on the late side. Whenever the squall line arrives, the severe threat at any one location will not last long and is done once the line passes to the east. I'll try to pin down the timing more, but models are having fits with the development and then speed of this squall line.

This is not a setup like March 14th or May 16th of last year. We have low storm fuel which will work against severe weather. But we have very strong wind dynamics that will develop a squall line and produce a chance for damaging winds and isolated/brief tornadoes which are typically on the weak side. The chances for supercells ahead of the line are very low in our area and I think the main action will be the squall line.

We'll keep you updated on this severe risk, the strong non-storm winds (45+ MPH), the MAJOR drop in temperatures and the switch from rain to a little snow Sunday night here on our First Alert 4 forecast discussion page->

🍀 Don’t Leave Your Insurance to Luck 🍀

St. Patrick’s Day is all about luck… but protecting your home, cars, and family shouldn’t rely on it.

I often review policies and find coverage gaps people didn’t even know existed. A quick review now could prevent a major headache later.

If you’d like a complimentary coverage review, feel free to send me a message. Happy St. Patrick’s Day! 🍀

Last year reminded us all how fast severe weather can hit and how much damage it can cause here in our community. From strong winds and hail to heavy storms, we saw homes, businesses, and vehicles impacted in a matter of minutes.

As we head into another storm season, the best thing we can do is be prepared for the worst while hoping for the best.

Now is a great time to:
✔️ Review your property coverage limits
✔️ Make sure your deductible still makes sense for your situation
✔️ Document your home or business property with photos/videos
✔️ Confirm you have the right coverage for things like roof damage, business interruption, and equipment

A quick policy review today can save a lot of stress after a storm.

If you’d like a second set of eyes on your home, auto, or business insurance, I’m happy to help you understand what you have and where there may be gaps. No pressure, just education.

Stay safe and storm ready, everyone. 🌩️

Jokes aside, insurance doesn’t have to be boring or confusing. I help individuals and business owners find coverage that actually makes sense and I’m always just a call or message away.

Let’s make insurance one less thing you have to stress about.
