We are pleased to announce that Vicki Anderson has joined The Claxton Bank as our new market leader in Claxton, Georgia. Vicki is a dedicated banking professional with 24 years of hands-on experience serving commercial and personal lending and banking clients. She most recently served as market manager for Queensborough National Bank & Trust Company, where she managed multiple branches while serving as both a consumer and commercial lender and building strong relationships with clients across the communities she served.

Vicki is a career Georgia banker who earned a bachelor's degree in accounting from Georgia Southern University and graduated from banking school at the University of Georgia.

This week, Philip Williams, EVP & Georgia Banking President for The Claxton Bank, passed the gavel following a successful year as the Georgia Bankers Association’s 137th chairman. At the GBA’s Annual Meeting, his State of the Association address highlighted advocacy successes, educational programs and relationships that strengthen Georgia banking. He was also recognized for his service leading the organization this past year.

We also congratulate incoming 138th Chairman Susan Moss of Planters & Citizens Bank and look forward to continuing the good works of the GBA.
