CCM Easy Move
Seller can pay buyers monthly interest for up to 6 months.
Example:
350,000 purchase price 30 year mortgage give or take the interest will be arouud 1,600.00 a month. So if the total payment was 2,600.00, that buyer only pays around 1,000.00 a month for up to 6 months.
It’s just a little relief for new homeowners getting settled in their new home.
