These are our highest rates in years! If you currently have savings accounts, CDs, money markets, bonds, etc., then you are aware that rates have risen over the last year and ½ for the first time in many years. Likewise, you may have noticed that, while rates are quite good in the 6 month to 2 year range (and cash type investments like savings and money markets), it’s harder to find compelling rates that you can lock in for 5 years. Well, we are currently paying as much as a guaranteed 5.6% on a tax-deferred fixed annuity! September is Life Insurance Awareness Month. It's not something people like to talk about, but it's important and can be useful during your lifetime! Life insurance can solve for a lot of issues.
