💰 How I invest My Money: My 2-step Wealth-Building Strategy
After more than 10 years of investing, I've developed a personal financial philosophy built around two important principles: building a strong financial foundation and being intentional about where I deploy my money.
STEP 1️⃣: SAVE BEFORE I INVEST.
My financial foundation starts with cash value life insurance. I consistently fund my policies to build accessible cash value, creating safety, liquidity, and financial flexibility while maintaining permanent life insurance protection.
STEP 2️⃣: INVEST WITH INTENTION.
With money available beyond my savings commitments, I make strategic decisions based on opportunities.
📈 When stock market valuations are high, I may prioritize paying down lines of credit or reducing leverage rather than aggressively investing additional money.
📉 When the stock market experiences a correction, I look for opportunities to buy quality investments at more attractive prices.
🏠 Whether it's real estate investing, buying stocks, or leveraging cash value life insurance for business opportunities, I want my money positioned to take advantage of opportunities when they arise.
My philosophy is simple: Build the foundation FIRST. Then invest with flexibility, discipline, and intentionality.
Of course, leverage involves risks, and market corrections don't guarantee bargains. Every financial decision needs to make sense within the bigger picture.
