Today, almost at the end of the first month of the crazy tax season, I find myself thinking of one of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr's quotes:
“We must accept finite disappointment, but never lose infinite hope.”
In business, disappointment is inevitable: deals fall through, plans don’t land, and growth takes longer than expected. Those moments are real, but also finite.
What carries us forward is hope. The belief that learning compounds, resilience matters, and progress is still possible even when today feels hard.
Honoring Dr. King today by choosing persistence, clarity, and purpose - especially when the path isn’t smooth.
