Board Update at the Rouse
The Rouse is pleased to welcome Michael D. Boyd to our Board of Directors, effective January 1, 2026. Michael will serve a four-year term on the Rouse Estate Board Board.
With more than 20 years of experience in commercial insurance, banking, and financial services, Michael brings strong expertise in risk management, regulatory compliance, and nonprofit support. He currently serves as Regional Vice President and Office Manager at Burns & Burns Associates in Warren and has a long-standing commitment to community leadership, including roles with the City of Warren Redevelopment Authority, Warren Sports Boosters, and Warren County Landbank.
“I am especially drawn to the Rouse because of its reputation for providing compassionate, high-quality care in the Warren community,” said Boyd. “As our population ages, it is critical that we continue to ensure seniors receive the care, respect, and resources they need to thrive. I am honored to support the Rouse’s mission and contribute to its long-term sustainability.”
We also extend our heartfelt thanks to Timothy Huber for his eight years of dedicated service on the Rouse Board, including time as Chairman. Tim’s leadership and steady guidance have been instrumental to our organization’s strength and growth. While concluding his term on the Estate Board, he will continue serving on the Henry R. Rouse Legacy Foundation Board.
