We provide paid training and support for obtaining your insurance license.

Responsibilities:
--Deliver exceptional customer service by phone, email, and in person.
--Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
--Assist the agency team with administrative tasks and follow-up.
--Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers.
--Work collaboratively with team members to provide an outstanding customer experience.

Qualifications:
--Associate's degree required.
--Previous customer service or office experience preferred.
--Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
--Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
--Basic computer proficiency and the ability to learn agency management software.
--Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and a commitment to professional growth.
--Interest in obtaining an insurance license and developing a career in the insurance industry.
