Today we asked Quannah one of our agent team members: “What’s the most important part of insurance?”

Here’s what he had to say:

"The most important part in insurance is not to only look at price. Sure, the low cost may be appealing but when you do have an incident you may be out of pocket so much more than, had you chosen better coverages.”

And his best advice?

“My advice is to not be afraid to discuss insurance and have a sit down with your agent at least once a year to make sure things have not changed and that the coverage will actually protect you if you need it. "

And the biggest myth he hears?

"People commonly use the term full coverage which is very vague and can differ person to person. Building your policy for you will build the confidence to know that when something happens you will be taken care of and that piece of mind is invaluable!”

Today we celebrated a special milestone!

It has been a pleasure having Carissa Fratzke learn from our State Farm family as she prepares for this exciting next chapter. We’re so excited for her as she heads to Owasso to open her very own State Farm agency!

Starting an agency is a big accomplishment, and we know her passion for helping others and commitment to serving her community will make her an incredible agent.

We celebrated with homemade cinnamon rolls and empanadas, then wrapped up the day with a sweet treat from Andy’s Frozen Custard. It was the perfect way to celebrate and send Carissa off with our best wishes.

Congratulations, Carissa! Thank you for being part of our State Farm family. We’re cheering you on and can’t wait to see all you’ll accomplish. Best of luck in Owasso! ❤️🎉
