This new law from November 2025 for DUI’s

Oklahoma's new DUI laws, effective November 1, 2025 (Senate Bill 54), significantly expand felony DUI offenses by adding aggravating factors like crashing, speeding, eluding police, or having a minor in the car, even for first-time offenders, alongside increased mandatory minimum jail time for aggravated DUIs and a focus on rehabilitation through programs like drug court, making penalties much stricter.

Please spread awareness for this, this can also include DUI-D (w**d, etc.).

If you’re going to drink or smoke anything please stay home or have a designated driver it’s not worth the risk of hurting yourself or others.

I have had a few clients call me stating that they were told they had to send more money or they were going to be sent back to Jail. They are using Mcdade Bail Bonds name or possibly other bonding companies for a front. This is a massive scam. Do not send any money unless it is directly to myself. I will only reach out through my business line at 9188249470. Unless you and I speak on the phone or through messages on that number, do not send any money.

Below is the most recent number and Cash app link they are using..

3412604486 the first cash app was kingston hillw st.

 Please be aware and repost this. If you feel like you’re being scammed, you can always give us a call. This is extremely sick that people are doing this.

I reported it to the local authorities to help put a stop to this.

Oklahoma Attorney General Gentner Drummond says he’s dismissing a case against a Native American hunter charged for hunting without a state license, calling the prosecution a “senseless attempt to ignore tribal sovereignty.”

Drummond says his office will take over and drop any similar cases moving forward.

This comes just a few weeks after the Oklahoma Department of Wildlife Conservation announced it would require Native Americans to once again buy state hunting and fishing licenses.

I would like to give a huge shout out to stormee Campbell! I have the privilege of serving her and her family with an ongoing court matter. She’s been in rehab and has done wonders there. She is done a 360° turnaround in her life.
