Due to a wide area internet outage our office internet and phones are down. You can contact your CSR via email we will be working remotely. Our provider stated all issues should be fixed by tomorrow. We appreciate your patience! Check back for update when our Claremore office will reopen.

We are so happy to be OPEN Again!! Thank you to all our customers who were so patient! We are so happy and thankful for our building, all the city staff and electrical workers plus the utilities companies that have kept this recovery moving. ❤️

Our office is currently with power, but we are still without Internet and cannot re-open. We will provide updates on when we can resume normal operations. We appreciate your patience during this disruption caused by the tornado and are greatly looking forward to being able to re-open. ❤️

Our office remains powerless, hoping to be operational by Monday. Phone lines are functional, as all staff has worked remotely this week. We appreciate our town and clients for their cooperation during this period. If you drop off a payment please let your CSR know. Also you can donate to those affected at the Claremore Expo Center, and we plan to deliver more supplies today. Thank a lineman or city official when you see them they have worked tirelessly to get us all back to normal going on a full week. ❤️

Love our Westside Elementary School-Claremore Public Schools!! Thank you to the PTO who does such an amazing job year round!

Westside’s generosity & teamwork showed up big time during the food drive. We were able to collect & distribute Thanksgiving boxes for over 27 Westside families to assist during the holidays.

The Burrows Agency donated 15 turkeys & 12 hams for our families. This is so huge & extremely appreciated, THANK YOU! Thank you to each student, family & staff member who contributed….big impact through these small acts of kindness. We are so extremely grateful. ❤️🦓💪🏽

Major shout to our incredibly hardworking Westside Elementary PTO- for leading the efforts on the food drive.
