Pay: $50k - $100k per year

Are you driven, coachable, and interested in building a rewarding career in insurance and financial services? Farmers Insurance is actively hiring Protégé in the Claremont office.
Whether you're licensed or new to the industry, this is a fast-track opportunity.
What We Offer:
Full-time position: Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
Compensation: Hourly wage + commission + bonuses
Pre-licensing assistance: We’ll help you get licensed (if not already)
One-on-one mentorship with a qualified and successful Farmers Agent
Learn and apply the Farmers Insurance sales process
Provide quotes and consult clients on insurance needs (auto, home, life, commercial, etc.)
Follow up with leads and prospects
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Entrepreneurial spirit and goal-oriented mindset
Willingness to learn and grow within the insurance industry
Sales or business experience is a plus
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
