In an April 2023 Denials Management Research Summary Report conducted by HFMA and sponsored by Waystar, 24.3% of Revenue and Finance Administrators said staffing is the biggest challenge in revenue cycle. Denials is second at 17.4%.

How We Work

It is a growing trend among healthcare systems, hospitals, and physician’s practices to explore options available for outsourcing their self-pay collections.
